- A $500 deposit is required to secure hotel and airline reservations. This deposit is non-refundable.
- Full payment must be completed 45 days before the tour departure. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
- Any additional rebooking, revisions, or extensions will be subject to extra charges and availability and must be requested in writing.
- Rates are based on group size and will vary accordingly. In case of cancellation or change in the group size, the final rate will be adjusted.
- Cancellation and refunds: Any cancellation received within 45 days of departure is non-refundable. However, for cancellations beyond this period, certain charges may apply depending on hotel and airline policies.
